How do I reserve a party date?
Parties are booked on a first come first serve basis. Once a date and time has been selected, a non-refundable deposit of $100 and a signed party agreement will be necessary to secure the date. Payments may be divided in two leaving the remaining balance due on the day of your party. Balances paid on the day of party must be paid in cash. We suggest booking parties at least 6 weeks in advance.
What forms of payment do you accept? Cash, Visa and MasterCard. Personal checks are allowed for deposits & payments, but not for final payments. Returned checks will be charged $35.00.
How long is the party? All of our weekend parties are 2 hours long. Our weekday parties are 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Can I have a longer party? Depending our schedule we will try to accommodate additional time. An extra hour is $80.00.
Can I bring my own music? Yes,
we try to stay abreast of the latest kid's music, but you may
bring a selection that your child loves.
Are invitations included? Yes, our standard fill-in invitations are included in every package. If you would like to add a personal touch to your party, custom invites are available for purchase. Five extra invitations are given. There is an additional fee for more. Reprinting invitations unless The Brat Shack has made a typographical error is also an additional fee.
What ages are your parties for? Our parties are designed for children ages 3 years old & up. All guests under three years of age MUST be supervised. Each party is designed to be age appropriate.
What happens if I have to cancel my party?
Parties may only be rescheduled, once deposits have been
paid. We will work with you to find an alternate party date based
on availability. If you choose to cancel our services for ANY
reason, your deposit is non-refundable.
