All in-stock orders will be processed within 48 hours. Most favors, accessories and personalized ribbons leave the store from Baldwin , Long Island , NY within 2 to 5 days. UPS & USPS generally takes an additional 2 to 6 business days, depending upon the time in transit from N.Y. Personalized favors and invitations can take an additional 7 to 14 days.

Visit our store to pick up your online order. We are located off of Exit 20 South off the Southern State Parkway. About 10 minutes from Queens , NYC. Store hours are Tuesday-Saturday 11am-6pm.
Shipping outside of the continental US is limited to Alaska , Hawaii , Puerto Rico , US Virgin Islands and Guam . Please, place your order as normal and we will send you an email with the correct shipping charges for your specific shipment. Sorry, we do not ship International.
If by chance, part of your shipment arrives damaged - keep packaging and merchandise in original condition and notify the carrier for inspection right away! The Brat Shack accepts returns of favors and other items ordered online. If you are not satisfied with your items, return it for a refund within 7 days of receiving your order. Original condition, packaging and receipt please. Of course, items that have been personalized, closeouts or food items can not be returned. Items must be returned within 7 days. All returns will incur a 50% restocking fee. No returns after 20 days. Always use a reputable carrier and pay to have your package insured against damage or losses.
